Children and their families can learn more about New York City history by following the stories of old New York people, famous and not so famous. The individual pavilions are packed with historical details as well as hands-on activities.
You can usually find a program to join when you visit. Museums living history The series, which takes place on weekends and holidays, brings historical figures to life with historians dressed in period costumes, interacting with museum visitors and answering questions.
